Im wondering, where do people get funky clothes at a very low price and then they sell it to the locals through the net. I mean, they have like lots of clothes to sell and also have stocks of it.

I bought a $185 linen dress for $5 at the Salvation Army. There is a store that only accepts good quality clothes near where I live. Of course, I do shop at Sears and other stores occasionally but I get the kid's clothes there. Blink and they've outgrown their clothes.

In thrift shops. Much of their clothes are almost near new. People just get tired of them after wearing them a few times.
