I used to think I did. But then I read some essays a very intelligent theologically minded friend of mine wrote and it made me rethink my opinion.
I used to think that I believed in God and Jesus and used their influence as a means on how I treat others.
But
After reading these essays, I realise that I am nice to other people because I want to be. Not because a couple of beings whose existence has yet to be undoubtedly proven told me to do so. Because technically they didn't. And why should They get the credit for the way my parents brought me up.

No i dont because there is no FACT that there is one. Its just selfish people who are missing something in there life and they NEED to fill the void and believe in something to make them feel like they are a better person... Its what there parents sunk into there poor little heads growing up. IF there were ah god then why is there SO MANY different religions shouldnt it all be ONE??? when we talk about GOD we dont say Oh which one? LOL because to people there is ONE god but yet different ways of preaching it. ITS CRAZY!!!!!!!! Until I see the man him self ill beleieve it until then hahahh its a figure of peoples selfish imaginations.. You know people actually take away from themselves and family to go to stupid church every sunday and spend money that could be spent in the household but yet give it to the church when catholic preist moslet our boys where is GOD when his preicer is molesting his son ??? isnt god suppose to protect us?? hahah that Just PROVES right there that there is no god.. if there were a god why is there kids going hungry and dying why is there so much hate in this world? they say just ask god and he will find the light you need to walk the right path.. well i have asked and prayed and never helped me out so i now do not believe in this Figure of selfish imaginations..
And they say that if you dont believe in GOD then your going to hell.. now is there a way you can tell that forsure? NO its just people telling ppl crap and they are stupid enough to believe it..and that GOD made you? Last time i checked your mother and Father MADE you they had some FUN and then the SPERMIE went into MOmmy and 9 months later YOU are here.. How in anyways shape or form was GOD involved?? HE WASNT hahaha.... CRAZY .

I am a born Catholic, but seriously, part of me believes in him and part of me doesn't. That is for many reasons. First of all, i don't believe that he created the world and the universe in seven days. I don't believe that he had put the whole planet under water and then got Noah and his family to get on the boat and they ended up being the only ones alive on this planet with a bunch of zoo animals. I don't believe many things but i do believe that Jesus died on a cross. I am agnostic and i have my doubts, although i have been brought up as a strict Catholic. I believe in God because i would love to believe that there is someone out there other then my friends and family, taking care of me, i know there is something out there, it would be unbelievable if there wouldn't be anything out there at all! We humans love to hold onto something to just make ourselves happier or make us continue the things were doing instead of giving up. That's why i believe in God, also mostly because i got brought up having to believe him.

Just see the sky, the sun , the moon , the sea , mountains , the space , your life , what do you think now ?
you need more , look to the whole universe , look every where , and think how every think goes ? surely i believe in god ? read the holy quran and try to understand , you will know the truth.

Belief is a powerful tool that is given by our creator. It may turn the world upside down. I believe that GOD is the creator of this universe. He is eternal. We can realize him through nature, truth, and good qualities. I am feeling happy with my belief.
GOD IS LOGIC NOT MAGIC ;-)

Yes I do, because if not, what is the purpose to be kind and loving towards others. We could all be evil if we didn't have to worry about our souls after we die.
I would rather believe and be reunited with my loved ones after this life, then not, and suffer in all eternity.
Just my belief.

If I do and he doesn't exist - I don't go to heaven
If I do and he does - I go to heaven
If I don't - then I don't go to heaven even way.
So the question should be - which god do you believe in. Cos only one of them can be the "real" God.

yes some what when miracles happen in real life but i think god and religion makes us better individual having values and ethics in real life other wise there can be a lot of choas if morals and ethics completely dissapper i beleive in god rather social and spirtitual way

Yes because im a christian and i believe he has a son called Jesus who was sent down from heaven to come and die for our sins including mine so i'll continue to love him and worship him until the end of my time here on earth

i do believe in God
He is real and i met Him.
He loves me even in the time i hated him
God is not someone who live in sky
God want us to have a relationship with him through jesus christ
i believe in God not because i have been raised christian but because i met Him.
