Corruption is the secret of our energy. If we can stop it, really the drugs cannot get intered in the countries. The matter is not to sotp producing Ganja, the matter is to ristrict it's marketing- anyhow.
The lack of government appraoch and the very less efforts from the development sector is also to be considered. The problem is that when someone get involve into it, it come out for the family very late. The educationn, awareness, guidance and psychological disciplinary advises to the youths is neccessary. The live presentation by the addicted can also help in making it a matter to campaign.

I'm not sure, but I did hear recently that there isn't anywhere near enough drug counsellors to cope with the amount of people addicted.
I bet there is heaps of people though, who have conquered their addictions. Wouldnt it be great if it were possible if they could be given training to help others. They would really really understand what it's like for people who suffer with this problem and may be able to help even more than someone who has never experienced it(?)
At the very least, they would be able to provide proof of what 'overcoming' looks like anyway.
