can any one help me in turning on my bluetooth in Inspiron 6400 laptop.

Well if you are sure that you have bluetooth. The only way to initially enable it on a Dell is through the setup. When you first turn on your computer a prompt flashes to enter the setup (I believe it prompts you to hit F10... but i could be wrong) Anyway, once you enter setup about the fourth screen over you should see an option to turn the wireless on and the bluetooth if you have it. One it is enabled from the setup (the BIOS) save, and start your system up normally. You should be able to use your bluetooth capabilities from here on out. P.S. If for any reason the bluetooth area of the BIOS (setup) is grayed out and you cannot change the options, it means that you do not have bluetooth installed on your machine. :-(

You would have a single button for wirelss devices that includes Wireless and Bluetooth. Check the manual or the website to find where the button is for your laptop.
But as per my knowledge Dell doesnt have any button for that.
You can turn it on and off from windows itself. Go to Control Panel > System > Device Manager and you should find the bluetooth enabled or disabled.

yah u can, but make sure u have the bluetooth in ur laptop available. cuz i know sometimes they are an option in dell laptops.
