How about we GIRZ....

Those sites are blocked for a reason, your government made that decision.

Try using this proxy site: http://www.stupidcensorship.com/cgi-bin/nph-surf.cgi

If it won't work, use this method. Try using new proxy sites, from the top of the lists, because there's a chance they have not blocked it yet? hmm.. here http://www.proxy4free.com/page1.html

To use them go to (in Internet Explorer), Tools>Options>Connections>LAN Settings>Use a proxy server for your LAN> and type in the address. For the moment, if you can't go to proxy4free, use this address 212.138.64.136 port 8080

Try to use those transparent ones, as many of the anonymous sites are slow. Also get a proxy that is closer to your country.

If they used software like CA Websence then you are not lucky. becuase they are content based blockers.

If they have a manual Block list then you can try google and fine some site which would allow you to bypass the restrictions.

But it will be caught sooner or later and put in the blocked list.

They have to change your user profile to admin which I'm sure they won't do and then go to Control Panel...firewall and unblock them. This won't work with them as Administrator though. We IT people do this for a reason...for example at my school I don't want them on Kazaa or those XXX sites or on IM sites so I block them all, 15,000+ students have not figured a way around and we teach Networking.
