Can any one tell me "free full version" the software which can modify desktop?

I want to modify the display of taskbar ,start button, status bar, titlebar,etc.

There are lots of softwares.

You can consider Virtual Desktop Windows XP Powertoy from Microsoft.

Download longhorn, or vista patches available on microsoft.com, it will change the desktop screen themes appearance and wallpapers
