Wired connection for PC?

Is it possible to connect a second pc (wired) to a router if you have Windows XP Home. If yes, how do I do it. Is it simply a case of plugging the cable in to both ends?

Hi,

Your existing PC is plugged into the router port.

Simply plug your new one into any other open port. Turn off your modem, PC's and router.

Turn on in this order - modem, router, PC's

You should be good to go.
