It's not really a good idea to post private information on a public site like this. I suggest you remove your question immediately. However, I don't think that Social Security entitles you to a loan... But a monthly payment at retirement or earier if you're disabled.

Every few years the department of social security will send you a statment informing you how much you've contributed and what you're current payment amount would be if you were elidgable for social security income.
