Go to the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS OF YOUR COUNTRY, there you will find laws created for the operation of companies (entreprenourship, partnership, private companies and public corporations).
For more and indebt study on the aquisition and sale of shares, a good accounting book will guide you. I suggest writers such as Jennings, Frank woods, Van Horne, Pandey.
