I love Scooby Doo, but I hate Scrappy Doo. I never did trust him. With all of that ..."puppy power" jazz. He must have had a Napoleon Complex. He was always in Scooby Doo's shadow. He must have been resentful and tried to compensate! All of that so called pep - out of a bottle if you ask me... just couldn't make up for his lack of charisma.

If Happy Days jumped the shark when Fonzie did then Scooby-Doo was neutered with the addition of Scrappy Doo.

Napoleon Complex through and through, or perhaps Cassius Clay complex. Scrappy never convinced me he was anyone but Scrappy. I don't think he even tried to convince anyone.

Sure, he may dress up on occasion, but he always gives himself away with his "let me at em, let me at em".
