if he ignores your persistent tries to get his attentiion, then he doesn't want to know you or doesn't like you.

Does he know that you are interested in him…? Maybe he isn’t aware. Now, listen! Don’t comeo on too strong, you’ll scare him away! Are you in the same classes together? Maybe you could ask him for some homework help. Maybe he could use some homework help (but don’t tell him he needs it!)
Once you’ve spent a little time together like that, you might try walking home his way (if you walk to/from school.) Or ask him about the sport he’s in, or the club he’s in. Would you be interested in jojning the club?
You’re not going to get all this done by Valentine’s Day, I’m sorry to have to tell you. But if you are careful not to get on his nerves, you have a good chance. If he is already going out with someone, the polite thing to do is to step back and let them work things out their own way. Who knows? There may be a guy who is just waiting for you to stop mooning over the other fellow!
Start out gently. Tell him. “You’re interesting.” Then a few days later, or a week later, you can tell him, “I like you.” See how he responds. If he responds in a positive way, then you can think about what comes next. Good luck!

Next time you're talking to him do the following. Look into his eyes, smile and bite your left or right lower lip a little. He WILL get the hint. Tell him you enjoy being with him. If he still ignores you, he isn't interested. Then you can move on to better things.

Could be playing hard to get or maybe not interested. Dont over do it though you dont want to seem to pushy. Let him go his way or maybe if you stop paying attention to him the shoe might be on the other foot then.

Talk to him. Pick a seat near him drop something towards him, a pen then ask him if he can get that for you do something like this anything that could get him talking.
