I was never told I couldn't have sex, but when I did engage, I had the toughest time. It was me. I was so scared I was going to get all into it, and break something in the process. I had no pain, I just had this overwhelming feeling that I was doing something wrong. I had to read up on sex and pregnancy, and it assured me that penetration would not harm the baby, nor any parts crucial to my baby's existence. The only thing that was stated as a possible no-no, was the woman being on her back.

All I can say is just relax and enjoy yourself and your partner!

As long as the doctor says it's ok, then it's fine. In fact sometimes it's even better.
