Has anyone suffered any bad side effects whilst being on the mirina coil?

My friend keeps getting bouts of thrush, and I wondered has anyone else suffered like this?

Nope I have Mirena and haven't had any problems with it at all.

My daughter hasn't had any problems with hers. Your friend needs to see her doctor. If that doesn't pan out then have her see another until one of them take it seriously.
