How can you say Beyonce is fat? ('I Taught Your Bf That Thing You Like') You are just a stupid person who thinks if you have a butt your fat! Excuse me.. GO GET A LIFE.
Anyway! I love Beyonces figure and her curves. She slimmed down for her movie DREAMGIRLS. I think she only drank maple syrup for throughout the day, but she has now put it all back on so I don't advise you to take that diet up.
Exercise and the right food will get you there.

Anywho, Beyonce makes sugar free Jell-O with Diet Sierra Mist instead of water. That is her snack. To get skinny for Dreamgirls, she used the lemonade fast. You get pure lemon juice, cayenne pepper and pure unrefined maple syrup and add it to a gallon of water. That's all you consume for 3 days. I mixed all that up a couple of years ago and took one sip and decided to just hit the gym on a regular.
I also read on VH-1.com that when she was 12 her Daddy made her run a mile while singing to learn to sing without getting breathless while dancing. That man is loco crazy driven. Anyhow, she probably works out, too.

I saw an interview with her before she super slimed down for Dreamgirls and she was saying that she doesn't really diet and she pretty much eats what she likes and has everything in moderation, but she loves her fried chicken.

u avoid eating foods containing carbohydrates and only eat vegetables and stuff...
