do u get cylinders or pipes that go under the process of honing?

if u do get cylinders that go under honing,where would i get them...
and what r the standard dimensions....

That's about as clear as mud. The inside of any cylindrical object can be honed, and as such can be honed to many dimensions. Go to any machine shop and explain (clearly) what you need.
