I am a sales trainer for CITI bank and direcTV representatives, I am supposed to think of ways to liven up the class and think of games to help them become more familiar with the campaign sales and retain the knowledge they need to know. I thought of a game where they group up and think of a skit acting out one person is the sales person and the other is the customer, and whoever does the best sales pitch skit gets a prize at the end, but these are young adults and older adults, can anyone think of something that will keep them awake and liven the class up but it will also help them learn at the same time?? (they are selling premium channel package upgrades for DirecTV and for CITI bank they are selling an Identity theft monitoring program) THANK YOU!!! :)

You could set a training programme of a Customers Needs Test. The points that you have projected are known as Role-Playing, this the best way for you to teach and them to learn.A needs testing is based on customers requirements, this role play could be performed in pair-work. The list of questions could start with 1.Have you seen our latest advertisment for the new product.? 2. Do you like the advertisment and lay-out design.? This role-play plan is designed for pairwork, one customer, one sales staff.
