always remember ..your house is your most valuable possession.after the kids of coarse ..if you can afford it look in yellow pages and get some one advertising rendering ..if you want to do it you self i must tell you ..its no beginners job ..normally the repairer makes a mould in zinc plate to the shape of existing mould .if a lot has to be made up they sometimes put in galvanised nails or screws to form a key for the mortar to grip to ..then they build up layers and on the final coats they run the mould to form the shape ..then tidy up by hand use masonry cement ..pva plastering sand

from a labor stand point its probably best to replace them. figure all the scrapping and prep work. go with new preprime them cut and nail them on and putty and paint
