Three blondes. One to hold the light bulb, and two to turn the ladder.

Six bureaucrats. One to change it, one to supervise, one to draft the paperwork, and three to approve the change.

Only one, if you have bayonet cap fittings, and it's not so much screw in, as push and turn.
You must live in a wonderful place, that they allow you to have such exciting light fittings.
I think I would like to come to your wonderful country some day, to see them for myself.
