Police Head asking how to make the police more accountable.

Yes, and I answered a question from a veterinarian asking if dogs could get asthma. There must be some accountability for those who claim they are people that they obviously aren't! Otherwise, I'm going to start pretending I'm a cardiothoracic surgeon, just for fun (just kidding).
