No, I have insomnia.
I fall asleep very quickly (I had a sleep study done in December. I fell asleep in less than 3 minutes after closing my eyes. They were impressed)
I wake up 2 to 4 hours later and can't fall asleep again. The doctor said it's not a physical problem, possibly depression.
I knew that months ago.
Last night I slept from 9:30 to 1:00. That's a typical night's sleep for me.

I can not stand the sound of an alarm clock. We usually wake up to the phone ringing, but I do wake up often when its around time to get my son up...not a good thing cause I lose some sleep that way I guess worrying about over sleeping, but I do really hate the alarm!

I actually have a really good body clock - if I set an alarm for 6:30, I'll wake up at 6:25 anyway. But I set one anyway cos I'm paranoid that I'll sleep in.

Beside my bed, I have a clock radio that has two alarms. Across the room, I have an identical clock radio. I also set the TV to come on. Does that answer your question?

No and I hate it. That darn internal alarm clock never knows when the weekends hit. I get up early, 4:30-5:00 a.m. EVERY DAY. I wish I knew how to turn it off.

I'm a "sleeper". Without an alarm clock, I'd sleep until 3/4pm everyday!

It depends on how tired I am....or if I have to be somewhere at a certain time...I work the all night shift & sleep during the day...until kids come home from school....
Usually I am up before the alarm....since my body is used to getting up....but if I have to be somewhere at 12p...instead of my usual 3p wake up...I have to set the alarm....or if I didnt get enough sleep the day before & I KNOW I am going to sleep hard...I will set the alarm to go off....just in case...
NOW...if I have days off...& have to wake up at 6a to get kids ready....then yeah....it is the alarm...although I usually have a hard time sleeping...so I am up when it goes off...
UGH!....what is sleep?
