Does anyone remember B.J and the Dragon?

Question

It was on WGN out of Chicago. The dragon was a post master and when upset he would yell 'Fie Fie" and smoke would come out of his nose. Or maybe you remember the Lemon Drop Kid? Name any character you remember or just anything about the show. I remember some of the other characters but not their names.

We used to have it in the UK when I was young but I cant remeber anything about it except the title! I must be getting old!
