It may be due to mood swing or some other problems which is bothering her and maybe you can ask her about whether will she be comfortable telling you? Or maybe you should ask urself "Have I been a gd fren?" Reflect to yourself first.

If you think that both of you are comfortable with it, you can talk it out nicely with her. Let her know how much the friendship means to you. Let her know that you treat her as an important friend.

All the best!

You have know each other since P3 to Sec 2 and it is along time. When people grow up, they start to change as they start to think differently. You should try to understand how she think when both of you talk. It could be due to the fact her thinking have change or there is no common topic for both of you to communicate. Where she could find a common topic with the rest of your friends. You can't simply force somebody to be your friends if they have no intention to be your friend

Get some new friends. People change, as they grow.
