This is very easy the converters are available in Halfords and the wiring plugs for newer stereos too if you have the wrong wiring plugs. They are also on Ebay, aerial converers are tiny little £2-3 things, not hard to fit, just push on.

If by " AERIAL Cable " you mean Antenna Cable, That go's from Radio to Antenna it has to be removed from radio first then Threaded out of the Fender or Roof to remove then reverse process to Replace.
