I got married in the year 2001! 2 years later my wife decided to divorce me as she met her old school boyfriend and they fell in love! Well thats not an end. She failed to appear in front of the court for judge descision and now she is missing; not traceable thru common friends too as well as by the court of law and the case file in the court is therefore dismissed.
I am sure she has got married to that guy and re-located but i cannot prove the law-court the same. My parents want me to get married for the second time; but i am worried as I really dont know if she can create issues later after my 2nd marraige.. Please help me!!

You should be ashamed of yourself. If you put this much attention on your wife instead of this girl, you would have a loving wife, and a great sex life. Too bad you are such a small man. Instead, why not take care of your marriage. You have a little boy who is crazy about you and your wife loves you too, but you don't pay much attention. We women crave attention and she's starving for you. Instead you go off with some other chick. Glad you didn't get an std. I don't care if you are a business man who goes abroad. You can keep your thingy in your pants until you get home. Did you call your wife in the morning and at night before going to bed? If your mind was on your family and stop thinking you are single, you would have a loving wife. She would have joined you while you were over there, having someone take care of your little one for a while while your wife was with you. There are lots of things you can do to save your marriage. If you didn't wanna be married, why don't you stay single? Did you lie when you said "i do?" Looks like you are a liar. I know you may make the money but do you wanna be a liar? And a cheater? Not good buddy. Be a real man and man up. Be a real father, and step up. Only you can do that. No one can break your sweet little family but you and your wife. But you set the standard. Is this what you want your son to become. Like you? A cheater? I didn't think so. Remind yourself why you got married. Stop the foolishness. Or you will loose. Everything.

She is right now legally your wife hence file a missing complaint with the police first and then wait for say 7 years and then you can get married. Untill such time you stay with the girl without marrying like it is done in the west.

Gosh. What a slapper! I don't know in what state or country you are living, but as a previous writer said you you should be able to petition for divorce yourself whether on irreconciliable differences, adultry or abandonment. Since it was a short marriage and she took off, I wouldn't worry overly much about what she might try to take you for financially, but any competent lawyer should be able to advise on this point.

If she got married then maybe she got a divorce without you. Don't know if this can be done but if so and she hasn't then you do it.
