I don't think that it would look as good as it could if you wore them both together. If you're going to wear one or the other it's better to wear mascara, but I wear both always.

Hey There,
basically that depends on a few things.Sometimes it looks good and sometimes it doesn't. Mascara opens your eyes and makes them stand out more. So personally I think that it will (usually)look nice. But then again, if you eyes begin looking like puppy eyes and all horrible, maybe not. At least never glob makeup on or you can look more like a clown:) Most of my friends always have a little mascara on so that you can see their eyes better.
My best advice is to just try and test it in front of the mirror. But I would say yes, if asking for an opinion was all you asked for :)

I think eyeshadow by itself is incomplete. So I like to finish the effect with eyeliner. I don't think mascara really helps. Then again, I've good lashes, so I don't need mascara. But in terms of looking at other faces, I think eyeliner works better than mascara.

I am sure it would, but mascara is the BEST type of makeup out there, so I ALWAYS wear it.

If you want an honest guy's opinion it doesn't. However everyone doesn't look at it the same. Some prefer yes some no others just don't care.

it dosent look bad but if you feel like you have to ware mascara then go ahead and do it.

Yeah it does most of the time on me...depends on the colour of the eye shadow..

it depends on your skin colour and your eyelashes on most people its looks best with mascara
