You are not alone. I’m my work I see hundreds of people. Most feel terrible when they make a mistake, some feel the world will end because of it.

So what are mistakes?
Are they something you set out to do wrongly? I so doubt it.
Most mistakes happen because, at the time we were dealing with the problem we didn’t have all the facts or skills needed to solve it. So mistakes are all about a lack of skills or knowledge. In that case the only useful thing to do with a mistake is learn from it.

Indeed - it is a fool who does the same thing over and over again expecting a different outcome - it is a wise person who learns from their mistakes - it is a very wise person who learns by other's mistakes.

We make mistake for getting some favour or gain. But we also feel guilty of not doing the right thing. Sometimes we may have to make mistake to satisfy our boss without any direct benefit to us. Why we should do the mistake only to benefit our boss, thoug we may get indirect benefit at a later time. As a right people, the moral conscious only make us to hate to make mistakes.

Simply because you are turning anger in on yourself for being imperfect! It is so easy to do yet so understandable but it doesn't make it any less annoying. We all do this, all the time, and we get angry with ourselves because we see the world around us as ticking over beautifully where everyone is faultless. NOT SO .... everyone falls down at some time ... to deal with this, you need to grasp the moment when you get this anger/hate feeling and see it for exactly what it is ..... a waste of your time and emotional energy. Try laughing at the next occasion ... it will take the sting out of it and the more you practice this, the less odium you will feel on subsequent occasions. And stop trying to be perfect ... no one is!
Good luck ......
