Well, Its not flash (But it is still a game with movement and talking with other people), and its not all pokemon, but Furcadia is a very high rated MMORPG. You can go into different people's "dreams" which could vary from being a wolf, to being a pikachu. The best pokemon rpg games on furcadia are Pokemon Isle and Pokemon Paradise.
