anybody else miss the late 80s?

LOL.. yeah those were the good old days when u actually had proper buddies unlike these days when u have online buddies, u sms your brother to come down and eat supper or send your daughter an email onto her cellphone that the driver will be a bit delayed to come and pick her up from school - what is that????

but then again - late 80s is just before i started high school - SO NO THANKS.. dont want to got through those years again...

The big hair was time consuming, the top 40 music wasn't very good, the economy stunk, the AIDS scare put a damper on getting laid, and the fashion sense was just embarrassing.

It wasn't all bad, but I was more than happy to see the 90s emerge as such a cool decade.

I only miss them until I remember what I looked like then, when Acid Reign was just a Light Drizzle. I miss my old Nintendo buddies, though.

i wish we had cellphones in the 80s, i remember how going to the malls with my family on weekends were such a pain....
we always got separated in the first half hour n spent the next few hours looking for each other...

i was born then, so unfortunately no wild parties for me, though i would have luved to be alive and say mid teens during the 70s
