Philosophers? More than ever!

From the evolution point of view "of the mind" , we are fast approaching the stage of utter , un recognizeable choas of the mind. What was once considered of value , the Human Life , is now considered a weapon what with human bombs all over. The Human mind is becoming increasingly restive and unpredictable.

Thus the new crop of philosophers should break away from the old thoughts and think anew.

Somewhere and sometime , they will find that Humans are having backward integration with animals.

It's all in the mind... and nothing better than age-old philosophy to keep the mind duly intoxicated and thus liberated from any worries, including those of poverty, inequality, oppression and injustice..... by the way these were the same ills those days too!!!

There is no difference between the past, future, and present as far as Philosophy is concerned. What applies then most definitely still applies today. We may have problems that seem completely different than those of the past but they are all essentially the same problems.

There is change in the society, culture, education, knowledge, information, communication, development.

Hence the philosophy is not relevent in its totality.

Some concepts like platonic love, aristotles theories are relevent which pertains to mind, science.

Hence we can't say totally relevent or not at all relevent.

Socrates. Plato and other greats were good in their times. but today its totally different. our needs have changed and our wants is different . we need to be open minded philosophy to gain self respect. we now are a confident race. we are a lot smarter but we still need to change our ways.we need to open and broaden our minds we are learning other cultures more than ever. What is missing is personal change. we are still followers of sheep. and we have become far more intelligence than our ancestors. but we lack courage to change in who we are as people.we need more compassion an d to be more tolertae. we need more philosphies and more understanding in where we are going. for the last few years . we have forgotton about the appreciation of what our ancestors did. it is our forefathers that shaped history and we are now learning that it may be all lost because none wants to talk about it anymore. so we need a new way of philosophy and pioneers to help us to get through of times of tough adversities

Jesus, they are dead already, aren't they?
But yes, their teachings are for sure, a great deal of diverting one's circumstancial misfortunes to positive outlook.
