If SIMI could be banned, where is the reason for VHP to exist? Is there justification for a new VHP (Secular)?

Banning of political parties and factions is a serious affair.

It is the Police, Judiciary & the Courts decide on who is right and who is wrong. Just because Muslim nobody can arrest a Muslim.
The term terrorist is created by the terrorist. When the terrorist is A, then A can be banned. It has to be proved in courts.
I or you cannot decide on which organisation is to be banned or not.
