No, the anime currently has 295+ episodes and it's still ongoing, so is the manga. It's safe to say it won't be ending anytime soon.

i don't think the manga would end soon because are lots of mysteries that are needed to be discovered like the 'will of d' that one of the episode mentioned and the polygryph that robin is looking for..

sorry not sure only up to ep 81 cause off silly dubbs on tv gosh i hate dubbs.... and then they stop it then replay then play gosh... you get the point
