It is very common for people to dream about ex-partners. Individuals that have been an important part of our lives continue to take up a part of our mind and heart. It is impossible to very dramatically shut the person out of thoughts and feelings. Just because the relationship ends does not mean that all is finished. As we go through relationships we learn and at times pick up "battle wounds." You will continue to dream about your ex boyfriend until you "let go" of him on a very important level, or until you learned your lessons from that relationship. Either way, dreaming about your ex-romance does not predict future involvement. It may be wish-fulfillment, reliving memories, or working out old issues.

I have to say that I understand dreams quite well and this type of recurring dream would indicate an insecurity in you. Either you are replaying some rejection in your head or you are still trying to make sense of why you split with this man. The subconscious has a good way of trying to sort such things out, but I would not take ithis type of dream literally.

I'm sorry but its simple,
the dream represents excess gas in your bowles your ex is the gas build up and seeing him with someone else was the release of the gas (a fart) and inhaling a little bit in your sleep thus creating a vile image in your dream. That's all maybe you ate a gingsters chicken tikka slice that day !?
you just merely farted in your sleep
or
you still have deep feelings for him and cant bear to think of him with someone else. Try and let go chick or it'll tear u up
xx

dats bcoz u still aint over him.. simply put, u still yearn for him.. psychologically, u're thinking that u still may have a chance if he didnt get himself attached to anotha gal juz yet coz if that happens, dat will be the harshest news u've received and that wil make ur dreams become nightmares! and one otha thing, as an EX, he may lie to u.. he cud actually be attached but juz say he's single coz he dun wanna complicate things or make u hurt even more.. i'm not saying that dreams have da slightest hint of truth in them, but i'm positive that dreams tend to over-analysed our imagination a bit.. like we think of the worst, then sumhow that image get potrayed in our dream and that lowers our self-esteem and makes us paranoid even more bout our life.. best advice i can give to u is move on to anotha guy.. coz if there's a better sumone out there, u'll forget bout ur ex coz the new guy will occupy ur whole mind.. and furthermore, i gotta ask, why shud u bother that ur ex appears in ur dreams aniwae? juz brushed it off and dun get affected!

This happens to me a lot....expect i dream about my ex husband that i divorced 8 years ago. I'm now happily remarried for 7 years.
In my dreams it always ends with me kicking him out....it's just my way of reaffirming to myself that he was a big *** and i'm better off without him.
In your dream.....maybe you don't fully understand why you split or perhaps you just reaffirming that you didn't trust him which is why the dream is reoccuring....you're not satisfies with the answer.

Probably because his is fooling around on you|
He gives that away by subtle signs that do not consciously register, but your subconscious picks them up|
That is what is coming out in your dreams|
