Be honest. Tell her the truth about why you want to part with her, but be as nice as possible. Don't play head games with her and don't string her along. Make it a clean break.

Yes run like hell. The last time I did that my girl started throwing knick knacks at me and they were hitting the door as I ran out. P.S. You might want to wear a motorcycle helmet also.
