I have heard rumors that a 4 year degree from a college will be required to receive a real estate license after Oct. 2007. Is this true?

According to the California Department of Real Estate, you need to have some college level classes that are directly related to real estate...

i don't think that's genuine yet. I heard that the dep. of genuine sources is attempting to get that that to take place, yet we are able to work out. i'm hoping that's genuine. Too many idiots are allowed their genuine sources licenses and that's unquestionably annoying to handle people who cant even fill out a purchase order settlement wisely. discover ways to place in writing human beings!
