See first u have to know the term safer. the more safer fund or investment carry the less return and more risky investment or fund carry more return. So to choose the safer fund first u have to assess ur risk measure than u can opt a particular level safe fund. moreover among ur above option the more safe fund wil be the debt which carry a certain fix amount of return and risk level is very low. thanks
