will a georgette/ chiffon saree look good if i wrap it in a bengali style?its a pink colour georgette with silver bead work. and is it necessary to put the keys at the end of the pallu?

Hi Doll,
Generally the elderly ladies wear cotton sarees in my household, and we (the younger lot) wear chiffon/Georgette. Believe me, it looks gorgeous -especially with your saree (Georgette saree with beaded work). But make sure you secure a couple of safety pins (not required for cotton sarees) as there are no frills (koochi) in Bengali style unlike another styles of wrapping the saree. And you need not go for the key-bunch if your saree pallo is heavy enough to stay in place (I put a knot in the place of the key-bunch when I wear a saree without an heavy aanchal)

I am a male, but I feel that your saree will not look good if you wrap it in bengali style. Also, if you want traditional bengali saree style then keys at the end of the pallu are necessary.

Well the type of saree you have described about can look good in any style but the bengali style is the best

Bengali style is beautiful. As long as when it pleats on the side, you can't see any "hidden" work, like a saree that isn't double sided. The keys are meant to weigh down the pallu for when it is drapped around the chest twice. Otherwise, you don't need it.

No problem!! Without hesitate U wrap those saree in Bengali style.Don't put the keys,it is necessary for those who r in-charge of the house.

nicely, Im no longer a guy, yet I even have consistently concept they have been fairly especially. I admit that's a sprint unusual seeing a woman in a saree at, say, walmart, even though it isn`t a huge deal. I used to go with I had one! So, I agree. i think of fellows like them too. i come across them greater intresting then "in" outfits.

yes , definitely u'll look better as in my opinion all indian ladies are suitable for saree, so be happy & wear that with ornaments which mathes to thta saree.

U do like bangali saree to bangali sare is must warna net saree is must &which u much.
