Hi there. I will be happy to answer your question, I hope I can help. What you are asking is "on what days does a woman ovulate and what are the best days for her to conceive?" Right?
What you need to know in regard to ovulation is this: your ovary will release an egg *half way between the period you just had and the one that you are expecting*. Now, for those lucky women who can count on their calender and know with certainty that their period will start on a certain day, this is really helpful information. But, if you are one of those women who is a bit different each month or who seems to react to stress and other things to throw your period off, then your day of ovulation is going to be different also.
For the sake of our conversation lets assume that you are on a 28 day cycle. Counting the first day of your period as day number one you can be pretty sure that on the 28th day you will be starting your menstrual bleeding again. That means that on day 14 you will ovulate.
The production of estrogen and progesteron waxes and wanes during your monthly cycle These hormones cause your cervix to produce a specific kind of fluid, or almost no fluid, depending on where you are in your cycle. After your period the vagina tends to be dry, soon it will become wetter and wetter. This amazing fluid that your cervix makes does a great deal more than provide lubrication. It acts as a river for the sperm to follow. This fluid enables the sperm to easily travel up the fallopian tubes so that it can be ready and waiting for the newly released egg. This is more important than you might imagine. Once released the egg is only capable of being fertilized for twelve to 24 hours. That gives a serious advantage to the sperm that get there first. As you can see making love before you ovulate will put the sperm in the best possible position to be ready to fertilize the ripened egg.
The cervical fluid that is produced when you ovulate can help the sperm live from three to five days rather than the short 30 minutes to four hours that it would survive without it.
Ideally making love a few days before you ovulate is a really good idea, I would also try on the day of ovulation. After that your chances of conceiving start to taper off. By the time the sperm get where they need to be the egg will no longer be viable.
That means that if you are trying to become pregnant day 10,11,12,13 and 14 are the days that you will want to make love. Of all those days I would put special emphasis on day number 12 and 13.
That is it in a nutshell and I hope I have answered your question.
You can see that much success depends on beng able to accurately pinpoint the time when you actually ovulate. Many women are very good at being able to tell when they ovulate and then there are women who don't have the slightest idea.
Good luck and I hope that I have answered your question. If there is anything that I can help you with or if you think of anything else you want to know feel free to write to me.
Good luck, you have so many wonderful experiences ahead of you.
Have fun, this is a wonderful time in your life!
Love and Blessings

During the middle of the period. During the time of ovulation.
When your body temperature is 1-2 degrees above normal, and your vaginal lubrication is twice thicker than normal, and about 12-14 days have passed since the beginning of your last period, then you can be almost certain that you are ovulating.
If you want a baby, this is the time to do IT.

Read the below info taken from the site listed below
Assuming there are no fertility problems, it may still take several months to conceive. It is not necessary for intercourse to occur at the moment of ovulation, but there is a four day window when intercourse is likely to result in pregnancy. Your most fertile time is about 12 to 15 days before the beginning of the next menstrual period. Cycle Days 12-15 would be the most likely days for intercourse to result in pregnancy. At this time, the woman's pituitary gland dramatically increases production of the hormone LH. This increase is commonly known as the "LH surge". Within one and a half days after the LH surge, a follicle in the ovary ruptures and releases a mature egg. This process is called ovulation. The time around ovulation is the most optimal time to have intercourse in order to enhance the chance for pregnancy. As soon as the LH surge is detected, intercourse should begin. Even though ovulation has yet to take place, sperm can live up to 72 hours within the female reproductive tract. Therefore, sperm should be present and ready for fertilization when the egg is released. Intercourse should again take place the day of ovulation and the following day to further optimize the chance for conception. See Maximise chances of conception for more information on what you can do to help conception
In fact a couple without fertility problems has only a 25% chance of making a baby each month. Therefore, timing intercourse may be very helpful to enhance the chance for pregnancy. It is important to remember however, that many other factors must be present for fertilization to take place. The male must produce a sufficient number of normal, actively moving sperm in order to achieve conception . The womens reproductive tract must be able to receive sperm and allow them to migrate from the vagina, through the cervix, and into the fallopian tubes. She must produce fertile cervical mucus to help the sperm travel through the cervix. Her fallopian tubes must be healthy enough to perform their function of helping the sperm get to the egg, and then to protect and nourish the fertilized egg, and deliver it into the womb. Inside the womb, the endometrial lining must be able to allow implantation and nourishment to the embryo as it develops into a fetus. All of these factors must be present for a successful pregnancy.

Start recording your mouth temperature every morning beginning from 10 th day of the onset of menstruation. The day when the body temperature has dipped a little bit, is the day of ovulation. Have him ejaculate in you. Lie down in a way that ensures movement of sperms towards the fallopian tube.If the ejaculate has healthy sperms to climb up the tube, one of them will fertilise the downward rolling ovum.If fertilisation has materialised and the embryo implanted in the uterus, you are pregnant.
