You could go volunteer in Africa for Médecins Sans Frontières. French is spoken in a lot of countries there.

Let's see...how can you use French in medicine. I know! Write all your scripts in French. That'll give your local pharmacist something to think about :)
You could always work near or in Quebec. There's a lot of French speaking people up there.
In all honesty, French isn't the most practical language when it comes to medicine. Now, Spanish is quite useful.

Yeah When was the last time a French doctor treated you..What I would do is learn English then you might be able to read them big medical books with all the big words

for me, to use French correctly is not very simple. you try to learn by heart very much in Specialized dictionairy.
