Is there a way to tell when my last period was?

I had a period last month(January) but I'm really not sure when. Is there a way to figure it out?

It's a good idea to write them down on a calendar so you won't run into this problem.

See if you can remember when you might have bought pads or tampons last. Maybe there's a credit card reciept.

All you can do is guess at what day you started. You should start writing it down on the calendar or if your on the internet a pretty good lot keep track of it on the following website:

Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating plus keeps track of your periods & emails you to let you know your period is due or late.

I always write down when my period starts in my notepad in my email so i will not forget.
