What is wrong with it? Protecting children from unstable and potentially neglectful and abusive parents? It’s not abortion- sterilization doesn’t kill anyone. And since too many unmarried people and idiots have proven themselves too irresponsible, selfish and stupid to practice abstinence, we might as well sterilize them. People have proven that breeding should be a privilege, not a right. It would be protecting children and doing our society a big favor in the long run. Less illegitimate children and broken families mean less crime. Face it; although there are a few exceptions, there is an overall correlation. And I don’t think it’s fair to compare this to the Nazis-they sterilized people because of racism- this idea is for a moral cause.

"everyday our country gets closer to Nazi Germany" WTF? Um NO, our country is headed to far to the other extreme- too socially liberal. No one cares what's right or wrong anymore as long as they can get their instant gratification.

Forced sterilization is a slippery slope. Who would decide who should be sterilized? what would the criteria be? What would make that person qualified to decide who should and shouldn't be sterilized? Would there be a cut off age, would sterilization begin in high school/middle school, if not what about all of the high school age children having sex-couldn't they get pregnant and be potentially unfit parents? Perhaps most importantly, what happens if a woman is sterilized in her youth and later blossoms into a responsible person as is usually the case w/ time and maturity? The easy answer isn't always the best answer.

The idea of sterilization is a think-able idea to you because you desire a "better" society. A "better" society is subjective. Ways of achieving it vary as well. Your notion of sterilizing someone will go against the core of human rights. EVeryone deserves to change. Have you ever thought of what contributes to people whom you now term as "irresponsible, selfish and stupid". No one is perfect and it is not right to let imperfect peers judge the other peers. Some of these children who have such parents do grow up to be better people. It's all about experience. Children should not be judged by their parents. As such, they should be usurped into good education.

The fear here is who chooses who to sterilize. Sterilization would be another control for a Nazi type to control possibly even "Christians".Because alot of people believe that if you believe in a God you are in some way unintelligent.

nothing is wrong with it. The ACLU and ADL will vehemently try to cast you as a Nazi racist frankensteinian monster, but their are just liberal wackjobs.

If you learn that your baby is going to have a rabid disease of be a crack whore or psycho killer, get an abortion. If you already had the kid but they have a car accident and become that way, go to China and get them a sex operation.

First off just because you're not married doesn't make you a good parent. My opinion of this matter is something should be given to girls until they are a legal adult before they can fall pregnant. Once your an adult you should be responsible for your own actions.
