I don't like to cheat if i don't have to but once in awhile ill run into someone who's using the glitch where you can run and shoot at the same time. I want to know how to do it so i would be able to fight back when it happens. Can anyone tell me how?

There is no run/shoot glitch. What you are experiencing is network lag. Get a better internet connection for your 360.
