There are very few sound "clips" from the 1920's--because radio recordings and transcriptions started in the early 1930's. Before the early 30's, radio programs were live, not on disks. And tape didn't come in until after the Second World War. There were some early recordings from the late 1920's--usually on a record-making device; but very few of them survived. however I don't know of a website where you can get them.

If you are just interested in 78 RPM records of music that were broadcast on the radio, there are plenty of websites that still play that music today. The commercial records of voice and music date back to well before the first world war .
