Its not possible to download flash file from internet unless the provider has given a link to .swf file.....

You will need a software to grab the flash files
The following have these software for free:
PimpFish Basic
http://www.pimpfish.com/download/pfsetup_basic.exe
Then after grabbing the files, use this program to play them (APSW InAFlash)
http://www.allpurposesoftware.com/downloads/InAFlash/InAFlash.exe

you can get a flash file in temperary internet files's folder.
