Take 2 tbls apple cider vinegar in an 8 oz glass of water 2-3 times a day. Read about acv on the web. 93 vitamins and minerals. Also, read the book: you're not sick, you're thirsty. I have not had a cold in years due to these two factors. Makes hair and nails grow too. Get strong bones and teeth. Lower blood pressure. So many good things come from ACV. Vinegar has been used since before Christ.

Very soothing for sore, raspy throat is one tablespoon honey, 1/4 lemon squeezed and hot water. Stir well, sip slowly, mmmmmmmm yummy.

Also, try zinc and vitamin C strepsils (throad lozenges). The zinc combined with Vitamin C. really does help to reduce cold symptoms. Lots and lots of fluids. Chicken soup and lots of rest. Try using tissues with aloe vera in them, softens the tissue so as you don't get a raw red nose as well.

PEACE & GOOD HEALTH.

You can't cure a cough, cold, and influenza. They are viruses that simply need to run their course. You can ease symptoms with medication and take preventative measures such as proper hand washing, healthy diet, and vitamin C to boost immunity.
