I have one child and want another but i can't have sex with a man. Is ivf my best option? And how do i go about that? Please help.

you can do iui where the semen is inserted directly into the uterus and fallopian tube where you are ovulating. this is way cheaper than ivf and doesn't involve actual sexual intercourse. you can choose a sperm donor and be inseminated. call around to local fertility clinics and see which one's will do this procedure. best of luck to you.

I am also a lesbian and trying to get pregnant, in vitro is to expensive and we are fourtunate enough to have a gay male friend provide, he is tested regularly and is monagamous to us lol, I have read that our chances are the same as if we were to actually have sex. However if you have not a friend you can trust that way go for in vitro!!! it is safe and effective!!

p.s. we have only been trying for two months!!

I think you should learn how to spell "in vitro" before having another baby.

before you try IVF you need to try artificial incemination
