Population growth is just that, a rise in population. More people having babies than people dying off.

Population change can be people moving from rural to urban areas. Or some areas growing faster than others.

It can also be one ethnic group becoming the majority after being in the minority.

Population growth is when babies are born there and population change is when people move to that location.
