We aren't so different, there are people in just about if not every race that straighten their hair. Not all Black people straighten their hair, there are some of us born with naturally wavy or straight hair, I know cause my cousins have straight hair, so this is not just something I've heard... And what do you mean by "everything they do?" People have different cultural behaviors, diffrent views of the world. It isn't just races and cultures though, everyone is diffrent. Why do the athiests do what they do? Why do Christians... Buddists, Muslims... and so on? It isn't like everything is based on race. I'm black mixed with Native American, German and Irish, I share no cultural identity with either. And in groups, like villages and towns, people want to fit in so they act in what they see as socially acceptable. Behaviorisms have little to do with evolution. If it were true that others on the evolutionary scale were far more advanced than others, who'd be in the most advanced catagory of Homo sapiens? Physical attributes are mainly because of selective choice, if blacks marry blacks and asians marry asians and whites marry whites, then variation of features like hair and skin color won't deviate much, and usually this is the way of things, and it doesn't guarantee that the offspring of either will be more or less intelligent than the other, or that one will be more prone to violence .... like some theroies in evolution teach. I think Charles Darwin was a racist and that he tried to discredit anyone non-white as sub human with his "theroies". Maybe the black man did come first but the white woman was second.

the only way to investigate this is to place a tiny camera behind the lens of a persons eye. The image could then be recorded. Yes people do see colours slightly differently due to the number of rods and cones (in the retina) differing from person to person. I do not think eye colour has anything to with this but having said that I don't even know if biology has discovered the answer

Maybe it is the white people who are different, or the native Americans, Asians, etc. Why is it that Asians eat with chop sticks and Americans eat with forks? If everyone was the same, life would be very boring. And evolution is far from simple.

I think its both.
As to why they are so Different I've wondered that too.
Can't quite get a grip on it though.
There is something that's just not quite right.
Do they hate us that much that they don't want to act anything like us?Or is it just they are different....and our past fathers wanted us to learn to live together so we could join and fight whats more evil out there?
What really happened in the past when we weren't there?
I mean I know I was told what all happened. But I wasn't there. Why have our 4 fathers left us like this?
Did they actually have a plain for us.
Well it seems that slavery has stop and for a good reason.
I'm guessing they decided it would be better if we came together because there is a lot bigger threat for us out there.
Somewhere down the line we realized it was wrong and was noted that we needed to unite.
I can see we are still living amongst each other.
I hope we come together soon for what may lay ahead.
This is what America's like
It might not be what we like.
I'm just saying lets look ahead.
Have you watched the news lately?
We're at war.
Look Ahead!!

Why do you straighten or curl your hair? Why do you do everything you do? Why are you different? And no the God theory is not stupid, it is not as simple as evolution. By the way you are racist.

I think you are confused... black people was the FIRST race in the world, and like someone here said, also white people can have curly hair or wavy hair... personally I am white and I have a wavy hair and my mom is also white with curly hair and sometimes we like to straight it and this is more because a fact of fashion that a fact of race... I think your questions is very very very racist because it looks like you get annoyed because they use the "white fashion" I think you need to get a life instead of be caring about how other people look like...

I'm not sure whom you mean as a group when you use the term "colored." In different countries "colored" doesn't necessarily refer to Black people.
There are also a few ethnic groups, besides Blacks, that "straighten" their hair. Not because they "have to" but, because that's the style or texture of hair they prefer.
If by "different" you mean not a human being, then you're speaking of other species.

hi... im Innocentia, i'm a "black african" and am much lighter in complexion than most of my "white" peers and get a teasing about it regularly. i stretch my hair because its convenient, i dont have to fight with the comb when it isnt straightened or relaxed. and because of apartheid (which i'm over), our lives and what we do will be slightly different because we "blacks" got into other things later since they were kept from us and we werent allowed to be at certain places (mandela fought for me to have the same right, why not enjoy them?). and the only difference between you and i at this moment in time is that you're a stupid racist and i'm not racist plus i thank Lord that all my white friends dont think like you...

They are only different to you, because you are different than them. Why do you curl your hair? Not a very intelligent question.
There is a fact that we all are related. We all share a common ancestor--a man who lived in Africa around 60,000 years ago. And as we spread across the globe, we evolved to suit the world we came to live in. Read your history and learn about the world you live in, instead of sitting there and doing comparisons that don't matter. We are all different and we are all the same.

They're different in appearance (and sometimes culture)..which isn't a bad thing. Some non-colored people also have to straighten their hair( if they want it straight), I do believe.
