Unfortunately it has, I say unfortunately only because if I don't work I don't get paid, I couldn't go today as I have to drive up a steep winding hill to get there and the blinkin' road was closed this morning, I may try later though.

No. And in all my 58 years of school and work I cannot recall one time when weather prevented me from attending or when it resulted in a school being closed.
What has gone wrong with this country?

No chance of that...I work in the PRIVATE sector
Unlike the PUBLIC sector who use ANY excuse for a day off.
I hope they not getting paid out of MY taxes.

yep, went to the train station and they were either cancelled or packed full of people, waited for an hour, now i've come home again, just waiting to call work.......a day off without having to get permission first, lol!!
