At the hospital, Fran is in her room and her mother and grandmother pay her a visit. "Three generations of Fine women", Sylvia says. Neither she nor Yetta thought they'd live to see Fran having babies. They leave and C.C. comes to talk with Fran. She's wonder why she's still sick even after saying yes to Niles. C.C. then finds out she's pregnant. Fran's big moment comes, and Niles and C.C. decide to get married right there. The minister pronounces C.C. and Niles husband and wife. Everyone leaves and Fran finally gives birth to a twin couple: Jonah Samuel and Eve Katherine. A few days later, they all take Maggie and Brighton to the airport as they leave to Europe. It's hard for Fran saying goodbye to the children she considers being her own. But they leave. Now it's time for them to leave too – to California. Everything is packed up, and Fran's the last one to leave the house. As she walks to the door, she finds the "Shades of the Orient" valise she used after she was fired from Danny's bridal shop and became a door-to-door cosmetic saleslady. That brings back memories from the past 6 years. But it's time to leave. To a new life, leaving back all the good times, fun, romance, adventures, troubles and all the emotions they've been through since the flashy girl from Flushing knocked on the Sheffield door.

The Nanny was an American sitcom that aired from November 3, 1993 to May 12, 1999 on CBS. It starred Fran Drescher as "the nanny named Fran" (as Ann Hampton Callaway sang in the theme she wrote). Six seasons were aired; the show ended its run in 1999.
The show was produced by Sternin/Fraser Ink, Inc. and High School Sweethearts Productions, in association with and distributed by TriStar Television. The Nanny was executive produced by Drescher and her then-husband Peter Marc Jacobson, who was her high school sweetheart.
Along with Rhoda, Seinfeld, and Will & Grace it is one of a handful of successful American comedies with an explicitly Jewish main character. Many of the characters in the series (Sylvia, her mother, Morty, her father, and Yetta, her grandmother) were named after Fran Drescher's real family.
