When your ears are hot it is said that someone is talking about you.
If that person did a lecture about you and went into so much detail about your life, showed people pictures of you when you were 3 years old playing in a sandpit or that polaroid of you when you just turned 18 and had your first legal drink- if they went into detail about you so much, discussed your very existence to the point of obsession, would your ears spontaneously combust?
My ears go red all the time but I'm not sure if people are talking about me or if its a weird cooling via aural radiation effect that my body has.

I don't think so...but that would be quite interesting to see.
You're walking along the street, or maybe sitting in a classroom with a bunch of people, and all the sudden you see someone spontaneously combust. There would be a lot of screaming...

Do you really believe that you are that interesting to others? I can see one or two people thinking you are spectacular, but where would they find an audience that would listen long enough to create combustion on your head?
